You can delete your Rod247 account yourself, from the app or from this website.
In the app
Open the app → Profile → Delete account, and confirm.
On the website
What is deleted
- Your name and mobile number are removed and you are logged out on all devices.
- Passenger names and numbers you entered on your bookings are removed.
- Your push-notification tokens are removed.
What we keep
Booking, payment and refund records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws, without your name or phone number. Drivers' verification documents are kept as long as the law requires for transport services and then deleted.
Before you delete
Accounts with an active booking or a pending refund cannot be deleted until it is completed or cancelled. Drivers with upcoming trips need to contact support.
